Stress caused by work and your work situation is known as work-related stress. This need not be caused just by the work itself, personal circumstances can also make you perform less well at work. If you are exposed to chronic stress, you become unbalanced. That is usually because there is a difference between what you want to do and what you actually can do.

In any case, it is important that you keep communicating with one another so you can create a pleasant atmosphere at work together. After all, prevention is better than cure!
